A refundable pet deposit of $200 per pet may be required.
Additional monthly pet rent of $35 per pet may be charged.
Pets may be allowed in all apartment homes at the Landlord's discretion.
All residents with pets are required to have a Pet Addendum on file and must submit a veterinarian statement (no more than 6 months old) establishing the general health of the pet, weight, age, and status of all required shots.
At the discretion of the Landlord, certain breeds of pets are restricted, such as Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Rottweiler, and other aggressive breeds.
